Terms of Use: This tool is provided for authorised marketing use only. You are responsible for ensuring all recipients have consented to receive marketing communications in accordance with applicable law (PECR, GDPR). You must honour all unsubscribe requests promptly.
Data Processing Agreement: Contact data you upload is processed locally in your browser and transmitted only to Resend (your designated email service provider). No contact data is stored by MailCraft servers. You act as the data controller; Resend acts as your data processor under their published DPA.

How unsubscribes work: Recipients click "Unsubscribe from this list" in the email footer, which opens a pre-filled email to your sender address. When you receive that email, add that address to your opt-out Excel file and upload it below — or paste it directly into the manual entry box and click Save. The email will be scrubbed from all future sends automatically. If a customer later re-subscribes, use the Remove from Suppression section to reinstate them.
